Over the course of 4 weeks we will work on the fundamentals of alignment, flow, and breath. Though we won’t move quickly, you should come prepared to work! This is a great chance to build a strong understanding of what you are doing within the shape of the poses, how the poses relate to each other, and how to be an intelligent yoga practitioner.
