with Carolyn Little
Saturday, March 9, 2019
3:00pm - 6:00pm
This workshop for female identified beings will combine restorative yoga practices led by Carolyn, accompanied by crystal bowl sound bath by Ayumi Ueda, and time to circle together, connect with the divine energy of life, and find support and inspiration through shared experience.
In honor of International Women's Day, you are invited to circle together as women have done since the beginning of time to connect with the divine energy of life that flows through our blood, the earth, and the cosmos. We will celebrate our triumphs, our resilience, and our capacity to overcome struggle in a safe inclusive space for female identified beings.
In this mini retreat, Carolyn Little will guide you through a restorative practice with meditation and breathwork as you are bathed in an angelic crystal bowl sound bath by Ayumi Ueda. Through ritual and ceremony you will connect in a new profound way with yourself and with a circle of like minded women that will leave you feeling more supported and inspired to achieve your dreams.
We will also feature some local women owned businesses such as Magbe Savane founder of Makomas. She will be sampling delicious healthy teas made from superfood herbs that have been sustainable grown and harvested by women farmers from her home country of Cote d'Ivoire.
When women support one another we are powerful beyond measure... and our families and communities thrive!
