Begin Your Yoga
This series is for beginners and more experienced students who want to focus on the foundations of the practice.
Over the course of 4 weeks we will work on the fundamentals of alignment, flow, and breath. Though we won’t move quickly, students should come prepared to work!
You will have the opportunity to develop awareness and skill within your practice. This series is a great chance to build a strong understanding of the basic poses, how poses relate to each other, and how to be an intelligent and responsible yogi.
With a strong foundation, the possibilities are endless.
Expect thoughtful sequences, standing & seated postures, an introduction to back bending and inversions work. These are the foundations of the practice and we will work intelligently inwards.
