Life is busy and fast paced; sometimes we need our practice to be just the opposite. Cultivate time and space for self-care with your practice. It’s worth it.


It’s the best way to wind down, let loose, and let go. Give yourself time for some seriously good self care. You’ll move into deep, meditative restorative space, giving yourself a chance to re-balance, reboot, and restore.

You’ll experience a deeply relaxing and gentle restorative space.


Move & Restore

You’ll start with some movement to settle in and shake off the accumulated “dust” of the day. Then you’ll move into some seriously sublime restorative postures. To help you move into that meditative, restorative place, and settle your nervous system, your teacher may accompany the class with deeply soothing sound.
