Back Bay Yoga Union has easy stroller access and elevators, as well as PLENTY of indoor stroller parking -

It can be challenging navigating the first few months postpartum. In addition to all the other new tasks on your place; how can you figure out to move your post delivery body, with a tiny human attached most of the time? Join Bre Meagher for a 6 week series designed specifically for new moms with babies up to 6 months old. Bre is doctor of physical therapy, 500/hr certified yoga teacher and owner of Bre Marie Wellness who specializes pelvic and orthopedic health.

You will learn how to reconnect with your pelvic floor, improve core stabilization and enhance the physical wellbeing of yourself and your baby using functional movements and yoga. Build strength and ease in community with others going through the same transition. And you little one will have a ready made group of new friends!!

 This mom-centric series will cover:

  • Posture and Ergonomics

  • Breathing techniques

  • Exercise with limited time

  • Pelvic floor health

  • Restoring core connection

Please note this series is geared specifically toward new moms with babies from 0-6 months, older kiddos cannot be accommodated in studio during class.
