CORE CLASS OFFERING

  • FLOW

Accessible to all, each vinyasa flow class has a unique and purposeful focus rooted in intelligent vinyasa sequencing.

Your teacher will weave together a creative, dynamic, and intelligent flow. You’ll move, learn and find joy within the physical practice. Our approach to Vinyasa Flow is decidedly welcoming, unexpected and yet deeply familiar.

Crafted with a sense of organic rhythm, each teacher brings their depth of experience and study to the room.

  • ALIGN

With a desire to use the form to build structure and to find joy from that stability, these classes focus on developing skill and awareness within the body to build a deeper vocabulary and breadth into your practice.

Your teacher will offer detailed techniques, make use of props and modifications, and dive deep into the structure of asana. Expect a slower pace, but not necessarily an easier class.

Suitable for everyone from beginners to seasoned yogis.

  • RESTORE

This class will be a series of restorative yoga poses, each designed to help you rest, relax, and connect to a deep sense of stillness.

If you’re new to restorative yoga, it involves resting for extended periods of time (often between 2-6 minutes) in yoga poses with the support of props like blankets, bolsters and blocks.

With the support of the props, you’ll begin to release effort in the poses, allowing your body to rest and your mind to observe subtleties of the breath and the moment.
